Opening a file of a series of photos – a man walks to the farthest corner of the garden talking into what seems to be a mobile phone (obscured)
After reading the essay ‘Bitter Dispatches from the Third World’ by Edward W Said which analyses the writing of N. and critiques the way viewpoints are formed in which observations of societies (journalistic/descriptive) written from afar are sometimes harshly judgemental.
